What I am looking for is an apprentice, or you might say a student, someone I can teach and mentor. You might be thinking, why would you teach people to invest? It’s simple, if I can teach someone the proper to invest and work with them I can complete twice as many deals. The more deals I can do, the more money I can make, and I get to help people change their lives too along the way.

There are thousands of people in foreclosure every week. There are opportunities everywhere. Condo conversions, New construction, I can go on and on. If I can duplicate myself and help people it’s a win win opportunity. I work with people until they don’t need me anymore.

This is not a job and you probably are not looking for a boss. If you are looking for a job where some tells you to go on break, when to eat, when to go to the bathroom you should stop reading now! There is no secret that you can make millions in real estate and I don’t know one employee that makes millions. Do you?
